Responsibilities:

• Assess patient’s conditions
• Record patients’ medical histories and symptoms
• Observe patients and record observations.
• Administering medications
• Recording and monitoring patients’ vital signs.
• Drawing blood samples as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license
• Valid RN license
• Current TB Test & Physical
• Mandatory Reporter Certificate is preferred, but we can help you obtain it.
• Valid BLS certification

Compensation and Benefits:

• LPN-$28 DOE
• RN - $34 DOE

• Mileage Reimbursement ( Based on anything over 20 miles from your doorstep)
