The Investment Company Institute (ICI) is the leading association representing regulated investment funds, including mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-end funds, and unit investment trusts (UITs) in the United States, and UCITS and similar funds offered to investors in Europe, Asia, and other jurisdictions. The HR and Benefits Administrator works as part of a coordinated HR team in support of people initiatives. This pivotal role manages the employee benefits programs and works in support of other areas of HR as needed. This role is responsible for compliance, communicates important information to the organization about benefits, and contributes to the overall well-being and satisfaction of the workforce. This essential role directs and plans the day-to-day benefits operations and continually investigates new benefits programs, improving on existing programs, and ensuring employees know how to access their benefits.
