SUMMARY

As a Customer Care Representative in the marine industry, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary goal is to foster strong relationships with customers and provide timely and effective solutions to their concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of marine products and services, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES including but not limited to the following:

• Provide world class customer service, keeping a voice at the phone always. Trouble shoot issues via telephone.
• Respond quickly to email inquiries when received.
• Communicate with customers who submit web inquiries; monitor and respond to web Forum.
• Collect product manuals and pamphlets for Owner’s bags, coordinate with QC to include completed bags with shipped boats.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of power boats, with ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Marine support and/or manufacturing warranty experience.
• Multi-tasking and ability to prioritize tasks at hand.
• Must be willing to learn Intrepid methods.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills required.
