Job Description Senior Sales Operations Analyst Location: New York City | Hybrid Get To Know The Team: As the Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will help sales team to maximize their sales and attainment through analytics, reporting, data streams and KPIs. You will be the partner of sales managers and directors in forecasting, territory planning & management as well as their business review cadence. You are the trusted advisor of the sales management team and will make supporting recommendations on ways to improve productivity and scale of the business. What You Will Get To Do: Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to field sales and sales management related to sales performance Help sales team and sales management team prepare data for their team meetings as well as GTM/QBR meetings Analyze business needs, provide data and make recommendations to support sales management, field sales representatives, and other business functional teams when needed Analyze issues and weakness in sales and operations process therefore can make recommendation to improve the processes to drive productivity and efficiency Assist with key sales planning activities during planning and budgeting cycle Collaborate with Commission, Finance, IT and Business Technology and other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationship What You Will Bring: 4 years of sales operations experience Sales operations experience in a software organization Expert MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel Experience digesting and articulating complex and accurate data to sales leaders within the organization Preferably experience using Salesforce and Experience using Tableau Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
