We are looking for a dynamic team member to join our growing organization. This position will call on your strong bookkeeping and administrative talents. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper with strong experience in general accounting duties relating to payroll, AP, AR, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. In addition, this team member will coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.

Key Job Responsibilities
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Prepare payroll, payroll taxes, prevailing wage, and certified payroll
· Prepare and Reconcile federal, state, and county tax requirements and reports
· Create financial reports, cash flow, various project reports and job cost reports
· Manage job set up process including new customers or vendor information
· Receive and inspect materials and match packing slips with Accounts Payable
· Send out liens notices prior to job start, manage lien release process
· Ensure bonding and insurance information is completed
· Manage project close out process including all, state requirements, payables, and receivables are completed
· Renew and track company, city, and personnel licenses
· Create Purchase Orders
· Answer phones, greet visitors and manage office supplies
Office Manager Skills and Competencies
· Expert working knowledge of QuickBooks
· Microsoft Office, and other office management tools and applications
· Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
· Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing, and over the phone
· Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting
