We seek a full-time Project Manager as the newest member of our team! This individual will be a key member of our critical internal Project Management Office (PMO) that supports the ongoing needs of our growing business. This role will interface with all internal teams and will be focused on implementing the highest priority, cross-functional initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will have knowledgeable and adaptable work plan development and management skills.

The work you will do:

• Collaborate with business leaders to manage strategic cross-functional projects, involving planning, decision-making, delegation, and effective communication with executives.
• Ensure project success by balancing priorities, adhering to timelines, and handling administrative duties across multiple initiatives.
• Assist in developing structure and best practices for the Project Management Office in collaboration with the Strategy and Product teams
• Become an expert in our business, including technical aspects

Skills and qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven, advanced project management experience, including experience directly leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several concurrent deadlines with ease
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a “can-do” attitude, as well as great verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability for adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities
• Proficiency with systems applications, including functionality with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Jira, Asana, as well as familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or other similar certifications preferred
