Interstate Companies Inc is Hiring a Client Delivery Manager Near Omaha, NE

Overview

Interstates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Delivery Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing client accounts, maintaining relationships, and driving additional business within clients. The ability to be a trusted advisor to current and prospective clients by identifying business opportunities and selling multidiscipline solutions will be key to the success of this role.

Additional Information: The pay range for this position is $140-165K benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relations:
    1. Responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships. This includes understanding their needs, selling Interstates services, negotiating contract terms, tracking opportunities and activity, and delivering successful projects.
    2. Partner with Business Development (BD) to develop pursuit plans and identify potential key clients for Interstates.
    3. Ensure that Delivery teams are focused on exceeding client expectations and building relationships with our clients.
    4. Work with clients to understand their journey and provide solutions that align with their priorities and business goals.
    5. Act as a client sponsor to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
    6. Build key partner relationships with hardware/software vendors, distributors, and project partners.
  2. Innovation and Growth:
    1. Set direction for team technical competencies, customer technologies, standards, best practices, and processes.
    2. Understand industry trends in technology and articulate to clients how these solutions can be applied to their business.
    3. Be seen as an industry thought leader through content creation (online, conferences, etc.).
    4. Support contribution margin targets and revenue factors for technology offers.
    5. May be responsible for client revenue and contribution margin targets.
    6. Participate in leadership teams and Interstates strategies.
  3. Culture:
    1. Set direction for a culture of accountability and skillfully use measurement tools.
    2. Lead teams, driving a high-performance culture with an emphasis on coaching, employee experiential development, feedback, and communication.
  4. Integration:
    1. Responsible for the interface and integration of multiple technology teams to provide solutions for clients. Works well with internal and external stakeholders.
    2. Ensure streamlined internal communications across Interstates support to better serve clients and realize potential opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Associate degree in Computer Studies, Controls, Instrumentation or Engineering related degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in the Industrial Environment, implementing Industrial Control Software (Startup), and experience in dealing with customers regarding system requirements will be favorably regarded.

Travel Expectations: Up to 40% travel anticipated or as needed to meet with clients and Interstates leaders.
