Interstate AC Service is a leading provider of commercial HVAC & Plumbing sales, service, projects, and maintenance. Based in Nashville, Tennessee we are dedicated to delivering exceptional HVAC & Plumbing solutions to our clients.

Job Overview:

The commercial account manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the company. Interstate AC Service will expect a driven individual who is a self-starter but also someone who will be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you grow your career. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a highly motivated team, we would like to interview you for the opportunity.

· Salary $40K-$60K (Depending on experience) Uncapped Commission Structure

· Cell Phone & Laptop

· Vehicle or Stipend & Gas Card

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Prospecting/Cold Calling

· Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers.

· Quote Planned Maintenance Contracts/Service Work Parts/Installation Jobs.

· Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.

· Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.

· Creating Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.

· Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

· Minimum High School Education

· College Education Preferred

· 2 Years of Account Manager Business to Business Sales

· HVAC/Plumbing Sales Experience Preferred, not required

· Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.

Work is on site, in person at our corporate office in Nashville, TN.

All team members are required to demonstrate a dedication to fostering a workplace free from substance abuse and are expected to yield positive results on their criminal background and motor vehicle checks.
