Job Overview:
The commercial account manager will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the company. Interstate AC Service will expect a driven individual who is a self-starter but also someone who will be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you grow your career. · Salary $40K-$60K (Depending on experience) Uncapped Commission Structure

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Prospecting/Cold Calling
· Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers.
· Quote Planned Maintenance Contracts/Service Work Parts/Installation Jobs.
· Managing Personal Relationships with Key Account Contacts to Create Long Term Partnerships.
· Scheduling Maintenance, Service, and Installation Jobs with the Dispatch and Technician Team.
· Creating Sales and Contact Reports for the Sales Meetings.
· Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
· Minimum High School Education
· College Education Preferred
· 2 Years of Account Manager Business to Business Sales
· HVAC/Plumbing Sales Experience Preferred, not required
· Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
Work is on site, in person at our corporate office in Nashville, TN.
All team members are required to demonstrate a dedication to fostering a workplace free from substance abuse and are expected to yield positive results on their criminal background and motor vehicle checks.
