Job title:

Telecommunications Help Desk Technician

Scope of Work:

- Inventory and assessment of telecom wiring closets at customer satellite locations in metro-Atlanta

- Install, configure, and maintain telecom paging units

- Document findings and provide gap analysis between the current systems and end-to-end Revenue processes

- Install pre-configured Cisco network switches/firewalls in existing racks and cable dress patch cords

- Test and tone (Troubleshoot) analog phone jacks and ATA adapters for integrating analog devices with IP digital phone systems; resolve issues as needed with telecom carrier

- Perform moves, adds, and changes on primary Cisco IP phone system

- Occasional remote site installations in the field at customer designated metro-Atlanta site

- Coordinate with other contractors to install UPS and IP camera devices

- CCNA cert. desired

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

License/Certification:

• CCNA (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Atlanta, GA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
