This positionestablishes and implements effective Compliance program to ensure that (1)behavior in the organization meets ICHS Code of Conduct; (2) ICHS is incompliance with applicable laws, regulations, and rules of regulatory andfunding agencies; and (3) ICHS policies and procedures are being followed. This position serves as the ICHS Compliance andPrivacy Officer. This positioneducates, trains, advises and/or guides Board members, leaders, staffs,contractors and volunteers as needed. This position regularly monitors and audits ICHS performance across ICHScompliance objectives while working closely with management to achieve thehighest levels of performance.

Pay Range: $51.50 - $75.40

Education - Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degreepreferred.
Experience - Eight years’ experience in a leadership role inat least three of the following areas: risk management, compliance, patientsafety, care management, or credentialing.
