We’re hiring a Lead Cafe Attendant to Live. Work. Explore. Zion National Park!

Job Summary:Our Lead Cafe Attendants will help provide excellent guest services in a high volume fast food/cafe restaurant. Help train new Cafe Attendants, prep ingredients, cook, clean/sanitize, process inventory, maintain work stations, and help create a positive work environment. 

The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: ASAP through 12/1/2024Pay: $13.40per hour

Housing/Meals: $13.50 per daySchedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced fast food cafe. 
• Cook, prep ingredients, and serve meals to guests.
• Versatile enough to learn all roles/jobs of cafe. Grilling, food prepping, Batista duties, cashiering, and cleaning. 
• Perform all job duties toward the goal of maximizing guest services.
• Maintain appearance and uniform standards.
• Develop a teamwork attitude with all co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

• Previous fast food and/or restaurant experience ideal.
• Cash handling experience. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers alike. 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet for an eight-hour period.
• Ability to lift up-wards of 30lbs.
