Intermountain Farmers Association is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Salt Lake, UT
INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk at the IFA Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing Customer Accounts ensuring timely payments on balances
- Process Credit Applications and determining credit limits.
- Strive to Achieve a 30 day DSO and low past due percentages
- Provide excellent customer service to our patrons and provide information requested.
- Offer additional support to the team with scanning and data entry tasks.
- Assist with Tax Exemption updates, filing of UCC's.
- Handle organization and follow up of clothing and government accounts.
- Assist as the backup for payment deposits of Checks, ACH and online payments.
- Ensure that all the applicable policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two to three years of related collections experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong fact finding and problem-solving skills
