As a Customer Service Representative at Krosswood Doors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our doors and related services. Your primary goal will be to create a seamless and satisfying experience for our valued customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our product offerings, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and order status updates.
- Address and resolve customer concerns, including order discrepancies, delivery issues, and product inquiries. Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to provide expert assistance to customers.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Proficient in computer skills and using customer service software and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of doors or construction materials is a plus but not required.
- $17.00-$19.00 HR.
