- Review and update forecast, production schedule and material requirements.
- Communicate demand information across the facility so that everyone is aware of volume.
- Maintain various reporting systems for ensuring complete accuracy in a timely manner.
- Proactively review material supply and demand to determine any bottlenecks for the production day.
- Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily goals and forecast to prevent any delays in production.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing staff to ensure accurate and timely product/ material deliveries.
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong computer knowledge and able to learn at a fast pace.
- At least 3-5 years of related experience required.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of ERP Systems and Inventory Control Practices.
- Proven experience in production planning and forecasting.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Overtime and some Saturdays may be required
