IMMEDICATE OPENING for a Business to Business Customer Service Representative! Financially Stable Company is Growing!
Rate of Pay for the Customer Service Representative is negotiable and based on background and qualifications.
Full-Time Hours for the Customer Service Representative are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm or 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Essential Functions for the Customer Service Representative Include:

• Business to business customer support.
• Working effectively in a team environment.
• Actively listening, identifying problems and making decisions to resolve issues in a manner that projects trust and fairness.
• Represent the organization to business customers in a favorable manner.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative Include:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Personal chemistry and characteristics to work effectively in teams and collaborate with co-workers.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task.
• Must be proficient with MS Office.
• Able to type 40wpm with 98% accuracy.
