The AM maintains and enhances Intelligentsia’s brand through supporting the coffeebar, acting as a liaison between staff and Manager, Regional Manager and Company. They also help to enhance the customer experience in the coffeebar. Responsibilities include assisting in new staff onboarding and training, ordering, overseeing assigned admin tasks, and maintaining Coffeebar appearance. Vaccination Requirement: All Intelligentsia Coffee employees must be able to provide proof of full vaccination against Covid-19 prior to their first day of employment.
