Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in store management, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Duties:
- Assist the store manager in managing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Train and develop team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the store manager to create and execute effective marketing initiatives
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to train and develop team members on sales techniques and product knowledge
