It is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support its customers via phone and email. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the front-line contact for our customer base, providing support for all our products and services. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and to learn and grow in a dynamic environment while providing exceptional service to our customers. This is an in-person office position (no remote/hybrid).
