This role requires the candidate to explain their findings to others in a manner in which everyone can understand and also utilize their skillset to examine data sets to make accurate conclusions and assessments. This position will work in a team environment with design guidance and oversight, such as architecture and testing.

A well-qualified candidate will also possess some programming experience in addition to their analysis skillset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with the customer
• Create requirements documentation to be used by the development team and customer testers (as needed)
• Assist with data analysis
• Assist with management of project budget and schedules
• Perform and participate in design and code review
• Identify risks and make recommendations for best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field
• At least 5 years of solid experience in Business Analysis
• Strong proficiency in providing process and requirement documentation
• Strong proficiency in communication with customers and team members
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
• Business Analysis Certification preferred.
• Project Management Experience preferred.
