Job Summary: The purpose of thisposition is to perform a variety of moderately complex medical and clericalwork in support of the unit operations at Community First! Village. Thisposition requires cross training of clerical front office and medical supportservices. Clinical responsibilities include assisting medical and nursing staffin support of client care such as but not limited to obtaining vital signs,giving injections, and responding to medical emergencies. Clerical dutiesmay include but are not limited to involve facilitating client flow andmonitoring processes such as inventory control, clinical chart audits, reportrunning, billing, record keeping, and scheduling via inter- and intra-agencyElectronic Health Records. This position requires the use of initiativeand independent judgment.

Regular, predictableattendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position.Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Preferred:

• Knowledge of office procedure, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Working knowledge of computers
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to follow instructions (written procedures and oral instructions)
• Skill in word processing, spreadsheet, and database computer applications
• Ability to prepare and main records, files, and report
• Bilingual in Spanish

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday-Friday.

Workhours ; 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Salary : $20.03 an hour.
