Job DescriptionBaed in Franklin, TN, Integra Software Systems, a rapidly expanding lending technology developer in the FinTech Industry, currently has a rewarding opportunity for a Business Development Representative.
Responsibilities:
  • Market, prospect, and build relationships in the banking and mortgage industry
  • Execute marketing campaigns via direct marketing and social media
  • Become proficient in expanding company prospect database and target marketing in Salesforce
  • Territory management by prioritizing key opportunities in each market and region
  • Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospective customers
  • Become knowledgeable with Integra technologies to educate prospective customers
  • Future career advancement possible
Qualifications:
  • Proactive and motivated with strong initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively with banking executives, mortgage executives, and coworkers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and social media, primarily LinkedIn
