1st Shift Hours : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm, Mon - Thur

Location : Onsite - Santa Ana CA 92707

Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.

• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Flexible to working all kitchen stations grill, sandwich, and catering.
• Prep consistent product for service.
• Produce quality products in a timely manner.

Must be able to read, scale and follow recipes.

• Must be able to clearly communicate with Managers, Customers and Kitchen Personnel.
• Must be able to bend, reach and stoop and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
