We are seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join a dynamic team for a leading insurance brokerage. In this remote role, you will be central to helping deliver exemplary service and support to middle market and large clients. This position offers the chance to truly impact the operations and client satisfaction from Pasadena, CA, with a focus on excellence and integrity in all aspects of client interaction and service delivery.

Location : Los Angeles, California (100% Remote)

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, wellness, FSA, and 401k.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Act as clients' main point of contact, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to provide comprehensive services that surpass client expectations.
  • Client Renewals & Marketing: Manage the client renewal process, from gathering information to presenting renewal proposals.
  • Team Leadership: Offer direction and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances our service quality.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic planning and consultative advice during client meetings.
  • Carrier Relations: Negotiate and strategize with insurance carriers to secure advantageous terms for our clients.

Requirements:

We're seeking committed, experienced, and eager candidates to make a substantial impact.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the commercial lines brokerage industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Licensing: Must possess a current Property & Casualty license.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU, ARM) are preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends.
  • Personal Attributes: A commitment to exceptional client service, effective multitasking abilities, and a passion for ongoing personal and professional development.
