Sales Development Representative - Part Time (flexible hours)
Job Summary:
We're looking for a hard working part-time Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in our success by reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our experienced insurance producers.
About Insurance BCX:
We're an independently owned retail insurance agency with a proven track record of success in the commercial insurance space. Our dedicated teams provide expert guidance and tailored solutions, ensuring our clients have the right coverage for their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls using provided lead lists to potential customers.
- Engage in friendly conversation to identify needs and determine if our insurance products could be a good fit.
- Schedule qualified appointments for insurance producers based on their availability and client needs.
- Accurately record call details and appointment information in our CRM system.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Ability to learn and follow established sales scripts.
- Proficient in computer skills and comfortable using a CRM system (training provided).
- A positive and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
