The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B, D2C, e-commerce, and mobile app sales, with a strong focus on dental equipment, supplies, and education programs. While sales training will be provided, candidates with a proven track record of generating sales, project management expertise, market sales strategy design, and coaching abilities will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and nurture sales leads to drive revenue growth for dental equipment, supplies, and education programs.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Design and implement effective market sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
• Coach and mentor other team members to enhance overall sales performance and success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in generating sales and achieving targets in the dental industry or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Capacity to make critical decisions and problem-solve effectively, especially in challenging situations.
