Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and maximizing new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the Food Industry specializing in business development, sales, or a related role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of the perishable food industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
