HOW YOU WILL SOAR:

The Investor Specialist is responsible for providing service and support to engaged, individual clients, as well as some institutional relationships such as introducing brokers, Futures Commission Merchants, and investment sponsors. The Investor Specialist will work directly with a variety of clients to assist with new business inquiries, account funding, investment transactions, account transfers, distributions, online assistance and managing the overall client experience with Millennium Trust Company. The role also assumes the primary responsibility of interacting with all necessary internal Millennium departments to resolve client requests or answer any inquiries related to the investments held in the account.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for individual clients, introducing brokers, Futures Commission Merchants, MAIN and Fund Sponsors
  • Support and guide clients through the investment process consistent with applicable IRS rules and regulations
  • Understand the new account, distribution, and investment process and be able to articulate the subject matter to all client bases
  • Answer client inquiries regarding MTC products, services and fees in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications including phone queues, faxes and emails
  • Maintain a professional approach to client service, consistent with MTC protocol and service levels
  • Provide educated answers with regard to IRA functions and Internal Revenue Service Code including prohibited transactions and complex investment scenarios
  • Onboard New clients
  • Meet and assist on site clients

IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications or minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • Strong relationship and communication skills applied to both internal and external clients
  • Excellent organizational skills, technical acumen allowing the ability to multi-task across systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise to proactively analyze and make quick, sound decisions
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Ability to solve complex issues, both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong computer aptitude with proficiencies in Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Being a self-starter and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to maintain the highest quality of service and professionalism
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with IRA’s and IRS rules and regulations preferred
  • Experience with Alternative Investments/Private Placements preferred
