General Responsibilities:

• Contact and maintain relationships with utility companies,
• Inspection and documentation of field facilities
• Permit preparation/submittal
• Coordination with local municipalities, state agencies, and Utility Companies
• Utility Conflict Identification and Resolution
• Utility Agreement preparation and review
• Review of ROW documents

Required Experience:

• 2 Years Utility Coordination Experience
• Experience working with the department of transportation or municipalities
• Ability to read PS&E plans and identify conflicts
• Ability to communicate with engineers and power/telecom/gas companies
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Microstation experience
• Bluebeam experience
• Excel, Word, and Teams experience
• Ability to lead a UC team on specific projects from project kickoff through construction

Preferred experience:

• TxDOT experience
• PE license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
