$20-23/hr

This Role:

  • Support firm wide recruiting efforts (US & UK)
  • Editing job descriptions and posting jobs on our career page and external sites
  • Scheduling candidate interviews while managing complex calendars
  • Interview and candidate feedback follow up, including regular interaction with hiring team leaders
  • Perform reference checks on potential new hires as part of the interview and offer process
  • Create and distribute offers through our ATS platform
  • If possible, leverage LinkedIn for passive candidate searches
  • Participate in various recruiting initiatives and projects as requested

What you will need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a preferred. A minimum of a high school degree or Associates degree is required.
  • 1-2 years experience working in a professional office environment, preferably within HR and/or Recruiting.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills this role calls for a high level of communication with the studio, the firm, candidates and external vendors.
  • Must be comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone. Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be tenacious, persistent, and able to set deadlines and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
  • Excellent systems and database skills experience with Jobvite a plus, LinkedIn Recruiter search capabilities a plus
  • Must be able to take initiative and follow through with short- and long-term assignments.
  • Must be flexible and reliable. Willing and able to take on new tasks and learn new things.
  • Approachable, positive and helpful demeanor.
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.

Benefits packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
