Title
- Recruiting Coordinator
- Seattle, WA
- 4 month contract, possible extensions
- $20-23/hr
- Support firm wide recruiting efforts (US & UK)
- Editing job descriptions and posting jobs on our career page and external sites
- Scheduling candidate interviews while managing complex calendars
- Interview and candidate feedback follow up, including regular interaction with hiring team leaders
- Perform reference checks on potential new hires as part of the interview and offer process
- Create and distribute offers through our ATS platform
- If possible, leverage LinkedIn for passive candidate searches
- Participate in various recruiting initiatives and projects as requested
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a preferred. A minimum of a high school degree or Associates degree is required.
- 1-2 years experience working in a professional office environment, preferably within HR and/or Recruiting.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills this role calls for a high level of communication with the studio, the firm, candidates and external vendors.
- Must be comfortable spending a significant amount of time on the phone. Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Must be tenacious, persistent, and able to set deadlines and prioritize multiple ongoing projects.
- Excellent systems and database skills experience with Jobvite a plus, LinkedIn Recruiter search capabilities a plus
- Must be able to take initiative and follow through with short- and long-term assignments.
- Must be flexible and reliable. Willing and able to take on new tasks and learn new things.
- Approachable, positive and helpful demeanor.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
