Our client is looking for a Paralegal to join the team in Raleigh, NC! The position will work hybrid remote/onsite 2x a week. This position will focus on documenting how associates at the company work. This company employs associates in over 50 countries globally, all of which require hiring documentation and policies. Labor laws are ever-changing and the company needs to ensure our associates know their rights and obligations. One of the ways we do that is via employment documentation - employment agreements, handbooks, work rules, policies, and more. You will play a critical role in supporting the business by helping to ensure our documents are relevant, current, and accessible to our associates.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting legal guidance, and partnering with the Legal team, in order to support the creation, publication, and maintenance of our employment documents. Looking for 1-3 years of relevant experience.
