Requirements for consideration:
Minimum Education:
- Bachelors or equivalent years of experience.
Years of Experience:
- No experience required.
- Preferred: experience in Oncology, Research and/or Healthcare
Job Responsibilities
- Leads and manages departmental activities to achieve Inova Health System's mission and strategic objectives.
- This role creates strong project momentum and builds stakeholder ownership and develops subject matter expertise on assigned core business areas, including but not limited to, feasibility analysis, technical guidance, thorough understanding of available software, data analysis/reporting and workflow analysis is of vital importance.
- Identifies, documents, measures, monitors, and recommends improvements to automated and non-automated business processes, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provides for the aggregation/flow of data and information across functional areas in business scope.
- Provides technical guidance on the existing environment including interactions with peripheral software and business units, testing, and training.
- Develops a thorough understanding of available software and maps business requirements to available solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
