Join our team as a highly motivated and talented Business Analyst with a strong technical background and understanding of finance concepts. As the Business Analyst, you will independently manage the FPA databases using SQL, develop and run pivots to analyze data, program tasks to build reports, and automate processes to increase efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions, and perform business analysis to identify trends and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.

To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience in finance, data analysis, forecasting, systems analysis, data collection, maintenance, quality assurance, and testing. You should also have a deep understanding of finance concepts and be sharp in technology. Furthermore, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field,
• Strong technical skills in SQL, and Tableau.
• Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and VBA (must have)
• You should also have experience with process improvement analysis and implementation, and be able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
