will be working in the Land Encroachment Department; responsibilities to include performing tasks associated with requests from third parties (landowners, developers, governmental agencies, etc.) regarding encroachments (intrusions on Company easement rights) on or across Company pipeline assets and facilities; ability to read and understand engineering drawings and alignment sheets; research land and right of way records to interpret and determine property rights related to the encroachment request; requires guidance and supervision from Land Manager/Supervisor.
