We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
• Part time position with potential to become full-time
• 20 - 25 hour work week
• Working hours: 5–6-hour workday with Flexibility between 7:30 am - 2:00 pm, Monday- Friday
• Salary: $17-$20/hour

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Document invoices electronically
• Reconcile credit card statements
• Maintain an orderly filing system
• Maintain SDS book
• Maintain inventory system
• Light cleaning of the office and common areas
• Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested as other administrative duties may be required as needed.
Qualifications:
• Highschool Diploma
• QuickBooks experience preferred
• Proficient computer and telephone skills with Microsoft Word & Excel experience are required
• Previous experience in office or other related fields with knowledge of general office procedures, practices, and equipment
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask
• Able to work independently, as well as, with a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Carry a valid driver's license
