Busy elevator company is seeking an Elevator Office Assistant to perform a variety of office taks. This is a full time position. Must have a pleasant phone voice and excellent writing skills and knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office. Must be able to follow through on and complete all assigned tasks. Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist all aspects of elevator maintenance, testing, violation corrections etc...
• Data Entry
• Correspond via email and phone with customers/vendors
• Accurately scan, save, and file all documents
• Assist dispatching and scheduling of field employees
• Ensure all service calls, repair work, etc... is accurately documented and all paperwork is filed with AHJ
• Assist and schedule all Category 1 testing with third party witnesses

Elevator Office Experience is a plus
