Reporting: This position reports up into the Vice President of Customer Success Organization

How You Will Make an Impact:

As an OCM Consultant, you will assist our clients in developing and executing key organizational change management strategies during implementation of Innovapptive products and post go-live leading to a smooth and rapid ramp of user adoption. This highly strategic role offers you the benefits of being a true consultant and trusted advisor for your customer executives and your internal partners within Professional Services and Customer Success. You will be the point of contact for OCM strategic activities such as the planning, execution, and successful delivery of change management enabling our implementations, across various clients, across a variety of industries.

The perfect candidate will operate with a strategic mindset, collaborate effectively across global teams, and execute with precision on the projects and initiatives in scope working alongside with customer executives and program leaders.

Our OCM consultant will be an expert in industry best practices on Stakeholder Management, End User Change Communications and Training. You will engage the customer with regular cadence to review and monitor the progress of the OCM track, holding customers accountable for driving adoption metrics. 

What You Bring to The Team:

To be successful in this role, we believe that you need to possess the following attributes. 

• Working with Innovapptive customers to coach and drive OCM deliverables:

• Change strategy and vision for change
• Change charter and scope
• Change assessments (i.e., impact, readiness, culture, resistors)
• Stakeholder identification, assessment, and engagement plan
• Change communications plan (executive, champion, end user, supervisor, etc)
• Training need analysis
• Creation of training strategies utilizing a variety of tools
• Supporting customer on training content creation
• KPI identification to measure Innovapptive solution adoption and value delivered

• Overseeing change management track during implementations:

• Accountable for ensuring our customer execute on recommended OCM strategies and content
• Obtain understanding of customer’s success criteria, project outcomes and end user stories
• Providing best practices to address specific adoption and change issues at customers
• Lead OCM governance meetings, present on OCM progress at executive steering committee meetings both for customers and within Innovapptive.
• Constructing business cases which initiate change, understanding and projecting specific benefits to come from these changes

• You will also contribute to the operational areas within Innovapptive, some of the activities will be:
  • Managing Innovapptive’s OCM collateral library.
  • Creating and conducting coaching and training sessions for other work groups within Innovapptive. 
  • Collaborating with other work groups on delivering end user documentation on Innovapptive product best practices, user guides, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Required

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Change Management or equivalent on-the-job experience 
• Recognized formal change management certification, such as Prosci or APMG
• Minimum 3 years of experience executing change management-related activities for a software or Technology product company
• Established and executed change management project(s) within an organization concentrating on field workers collaborating with back-office operations

Preferred

• Masters in Business Administration or Change Management
• 5 years experience in change management, management consulting at worldwide recognized consulting firm
