The Role

Innovapptive is a connected worker platform that brings front-line workers, back-office and assets together on a single, unified, low-code/no-code platform that improves industrial front-line worker productivity. We are looking for a Leader of Talent Acquisition, to join our growing leadership team. 

The Leader of Talent Acquisition will be responsible to align with the talent strategy and the management vision to lead the sourcing, recruiting, assimilation and talent branding initiatives of Innovapptive. This is a management role with responsibilities spanning from managing the team to driving the results.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, candidate assessment, and selection methods to meet the organization's talent needs and objectives. Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to optimize hiring effectiveness.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Develop and maintain talent acquisition metrics, analytics, and reporting to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's success. Set clear expectations, establish performance metrics, and drive accountability for results.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and enhance the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling employer brand messaging and initiatives. 
  • Recruitment Process Management: Oversee and streamline the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection to ensure quality hires. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing strategic talent acquisition guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent needs, workforce planning, and future talent requirements. Advise on recruitment trends, market insights, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Candidate Experience: Champion a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding. Monitor and analyze candidate feedback to continuously improve the recruitment experience.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent acquisition vendors. Monitor and optimize recruitment budget and expenses to maximize ROI.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • MBA from Tier II and above Institutes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in Leadership role in talent acquisition / management spaces
  • Prior work experience in high growth product organization(s)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the Passive Sourcing & Talent Branding
  • Deep experience in defining and managing recruiting metrics
