**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of technical support specialists, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of technical support specialists
- Analyze, triage, and resolve escalated technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members
- Manage service tickets using ticketing system and ticketing dashboard
- Act as a member of service desk to troubleshoot computer hardware, mobile devices, LAN, and TCP/IP issues (Level 1/2) and resolve tickets
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders during level 10 and project meetings.
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in networking solutions such as SonicWALL and Ubiquiti
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Experience with mobile devices and computer hardware
- Familiarity with Autotask similar ticketing systems
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Desktop and Server)
- Understanding of LAN, TCP/IP protocols, and GPO management
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and end-users
