The Distribution and Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. They will be responsible for inventory and invoice management, planning and allocating budget resources, monitoring and motivating staff, improving processes, identifying business opportunities, and overseeing the purchasing and procurement of materials. The Distribution and Operations Manager will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Job Duties:
· Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
· Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
· Ensure that all safety requirements are met and actively enforced.
· Initiate, coordinate and implement optimal operational policies and procedures
· Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
· Prepare annual budget
· Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures
· Achieving inventory accuracy by managing inventory and reconciling within Netsuite
· Produce reports and statistics regularly
· Receive feedback and monitor the quality of products provided
· Affectively train, coach and motivate employees in a way that reflects company culture
· Analyzes process workflow and implements changes
· Manage implementation of new Warehouse Management Software
Qualifications:
· Excellent in data entry and data processing skills
· 3-5 years of operations management experience (required)
· Strong excel skills (required)
· Experience using NetSuite (preferred)
· Proficient in Schedule and Report creation
· Skilled in analyzing information
· Ability to Multitask on a team or alone
· Experienced with WMS
