Responsibilities
- Work effectively and thrive in a team environment.
- Review and release sales order hold notifications promptly.
- Take incoming calls, emails and other inquiries and requests from customers.
- Work with a variety of reports to find prompt resolution for on hold sales orders and aged invoices.
- Make outgoing collection calls to maintain an average ADP of 30 days or less.
- Use CRM technology (Dynamics) and Oracle ERP for record keeping and communication documentation.
- High level of professionalism and “people-first” attitude.
- Excellent follow-through with attention to detail, problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Conscientiousness, a strong work ethic, and a strong commitment to quality.
- Works in a steady, deliberate and thorough manner; dependable; ability to work effectively under pressure and to deal efficiently with multiple priorities simultaneously
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a fast paced, high volume Accounts Receivable position.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Above average knowledge and efficiency with Excel
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Associate Degree and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
