Retail Operations Manager – Signature Teamwear
Signature Teamwear is looking for a dependable and dynamic candidate to join us as a Office and Project Manager. The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years’ experience in general office/and or project operations management, be identified as a self-starter, and be reliable. Signature Teamwear has grown into one of the leading apparel resources for restaurants, city and county uniform suppliers, service industry apparel, as well as being a major supplier of team uniforms and custom apparel. Our focus is also based on providing exceptional customer service to our clients and maintaining a productive and positive work environment
Responsibilities
-Providing executive support to the owner.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that tasks/project orders are being completed efficiently
- Effectively communicating between staff members on issues regarding project fulfilment and other general communication
- Accurately documenting project related developments and execution.
- Answering phone calls and handling walk in clients
- Establishing, implementing, and developing new systems/ practices to enhance daily business operations
-Communicating with vendors, and clients
-Managing updates to websites / email marketing / social media posts
- HR duties such as onboarding, compliancy, and implementing new systems to enhance company culture/employee work life.
- Providing admin support to staff when needed
- Managing facilities: building management, ordering, and maintaining office supplies.
-Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures by all team members.
Requirements
- Candidate must be experienced with managing and maintaining harmonious office development/dynamics.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy on projects, and tasks.
- Proficient in Google Suite/ can easily adapt to new software
- Technical systems/issues troubleshooting
- Highly organized, detail oriented, focused, and able to work in fast paced environment
- Must have developed exceptional communication and comprehension skills
- Self Starter / “can do” attitude
- Must have at LEAST 3 years of experience as an office/project manager
- Interpersonal communication / excellent multitasking skills
Benefits and Compensation
- Starting at 56k – 60k yearly salary depending on experience
- 40 hours of Paid Time Off – after 6 months of employment.
