As our Export Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of compliance professionals focused on ECCN classification of encrypted technology products, developing client solutions and developing a best in class compliance team to support global operations. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4 that determines accurate ECCN classifications for encrypted technology products
• Manage and audit Restricted Product Program globally
• Develop and maintain best in class trade compliance business processes that scale
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, summarize and prepare action plans 
• Drive continuous process improvements and streamline daily operations and procedures, with an emphasis on classification operations processes and procedures

Supporting Actions:

• Develop, conduct and manage compliance training to ensure global awareness of US Export Regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance processes and procedures.
• Develop and implement a global audit program
• Provide guidance and interpretation of regulations including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), FTR and ITAR (if applicable)
• Strong analytical ability to analyze trends, find more efficient ways to perform tasks and presenting solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and five to 8 years of direct experience in international/global logistics support services and distribution operations
• 2 years of direct supervisory experience 
• Strong experience with U.S. Export Regulations (EAR) and Export Licensing
• Requires the ability to lead, motivate and manage to accomplish project objectives within timelines. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate and effectively communicate trade compliance information to various levels of non-technical audiences
• Possess a high level of analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to draw conclusions and decisions based on regulatory reasoning
