About the Role
The Associate Director, Compliance will partner with the Compliance Department in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective Compliance Program that (1) supports and promotes a Companywide culture of ethics and compliance, and (2) meets or exceeds applicable regulatory standards for effective compliance programs, including the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Guidance, the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, and the Department of Justice guidance. As a member of a collaborative team, the Associate Director, Compliance will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of all elements of the Tarsus Compliance program.

The expected base pay range for this position is $138,700 - $194,300 plus bonus, stock equity, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay range reflects the target range for this position, but individual pay will be determined by additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
