- Building a comfortable and honest relationship with clients
- Negotiating the most efficient deals to clients
- Demonstrating a solid understanding of what the company has to offer
- High volume of calls per day
- Maintaining a book of active clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from superiors
