- Managing biweekly payroll processing through a third-party web-based application
- Coordinating with third-party providers for annual renewals and new employee onboarding
- Assisting with annual workers' compensation audits
- Providing weekly sales updates, analysis, and dashboard reporting
- Generating cost estimates for new products
- Periodically reviewing existing product costs
- Determining selling prices in coordination with the company president
- Reviewing and processing inventory adjustments
- Handling journal entries, depreciation schedules, accruals, and prepaid expense
- Collaborating with the parent company on analytical review and budget preparation
- Calculating, filing, and remitting monthly and quarterly sales tax returns across four states
