Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join our team. As a GIS Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing geographic data and creating visual representations of that data using GIS software. You will work closely with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- May be responsible for documenting and translating business processes in a clear and concise method by using their knowledge of business process mapping and of the various tools and software that are available.
- This will be accomplished by focusing on specific client requirements and ultimately interpreting these requirements into an illustration of the overall business process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Industrial Engineering experience or degree preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience working with business customers gathering system requirements
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Ability to visualize data using various techniques (e.g., cartography, data visualization)
- Experience working with databases for data storage and retrieval
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• GIS Systems: 5 years (Required)
• Business Systems Analysis: 5 years (Required)
