Responsibilities:

· Source diverse candidates for difficult, hard to fill engineering, IT, strategy and corporate staff positions.

· Assess candidates based on needs defined by department hiring managers.

· Attend recruitment functions such as virtual job fairs, career days and other event candidates.

· Work and collaborate cross-functionally with other HR teams (HRIS, Benefits, Consulting, etc.)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree and one (1) or more years of professional experience in Engineering recruitment.

· Demonstrated leadership skills while working in a team environment. Experience with team/project-oriented recruiting activities.

· Proficient with the use of MS Office, Applicant Tracking software (Taleo, SuccessFactors, ICIMS, etc.) and Internet recruiting techniques.

· Ability and willingness to adhere to corporate processes and procedures, as well as applicable employment laws and regulations.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
