Responsibilities:

• Efficiently enter data into designated systems with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry tasks.
• Utilize Maximo software to input, update, and manage relevant data.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain data integrity and consistency.
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for data management and confidentiality.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in data entry tasks with a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Experience with Maximo or similar enterprise asset management software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
