Position Summary:
A Client Service Representative primarily acts as a liaison, providing information to our customers, answering questions and concerns, and resolving issues through appropriate channels.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound phone calls, providing customer support, scheduling appointments
  • Keeping records of customer interactions in our client database, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Follow up client inquiries/issues not immediately resolved
  • Recognizing, documenting and alerting the supervisor of any trends in customer calls
  • Researching client billing issues
  • Assisting our New Business Department
  • Backup for reception duties
  • Special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Minimum one year of office or customer service experience
  • State of WI Health and Life Licensure preferred but not required
Work Remotely: No
Physical Job Requirements & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours in an office environment. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Involves frequent telephone contact with agents and employees. Interaction with others is constant and may be interruptive or involve dealing with angry or upset people.
The employee may occasionally lift files, paper, or office equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, and other such office equipment as necessary. Vision must be correctable to 20/30 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for long periods and the ability to optimally communicate is required.
The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment.
