Infor is Hiring a Vice President Mid Market Sales, Western Region Near Alpharetta, GA

The Vice President (VP) Sales will lead the Mid Market sales organization across the Western US region, driving net new, as well as install based sales. Being a proven sales leader, they will sell Cloud / Saas ERP solutions, maximizing revenues and meeting corporate objectives. A particular focus will be to develop complex, strategic accounts, partnering internal and external ecosystems to ensure successful deal execution. Working with the GTM and strategy teams, develop a GTM Strategy. The VP will drive a high-performing, collaborative and ethical sales culture, ensuring ongoing sales success.

Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Direct and lead an outside sales team of 8
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy in line with the corporate strategies and goals.
  • Deliver profitable sales growth, each and every quarter, ensuring Infor reach their profitable growth objectives
  • Partner with broader internal account team, ecosystem account teams, and customers to help set objectives, mutual action plans, analyze key data, and ensure executive alignment on the strategy to close key and strategic accounts.

*Coach and provide expertise, knowledge, and best practices to enhance the sales execution of all sales deals.

*Lead all critical phases of the Strategic Deal Cycle.

*Break down complex deal scenarios and simplify them to fulfill customer outcomes and win profitable deals.

  • Be an experienced Cloud / SaaS sales executive, as well as expert in value selling, ensuring every member of the team is completely aligned to the sales process
  • Utilize a highly principled sales approach, tying in with the Infor's Principle Base Management (PBM) ethos.
  • Be a talent developer, coach and mentor; investing time in individual members of the team at every level.
  • Create a collaborative culture, working closely with the GTM team, Marketing, Professional Services, Delivery, Product Development; as well as other corporate functions and Executive Management.

*Continually drive change and transformations across the sales organization, including performance, planning, data analytics, systems and sales process improvements, ensuring a high growth agenda.

Required skills:

*Candidates will have substantial Sales Leadership experience in Cloud / SaaS, with a strong history of sales growth and success.

*Have customer facing, large complex sales management experience, contract management, pricing expertise, and be a proven collaborator across internal and external stakeholders.

*Have a proven track record of profitable growth, delivering each and every quarter.

*Have experience recruiting and developing talent.

*Have an in depth knowledge of value selling, as well as principles based management.

*Thrive in a transformational environment.

*Ability to determine and drive strategy and build tactical plans that deliver tangible results.
